We offer a broad spectrum of modified primers (oligo modifications) incorporated into an oligonucleotide available as a 5′-, 3- and internal modification. Our modified primers (oligo modifications) are purified by:

- Reverse Phase HPLC
and available in the following synthesis scales:
- 0,04 µmol (standard synthesis scale; most popular)
- 0,2 µmol (medium scale)
- 1,0 µmol (large scale)
