DNA oligos manufactured to the specifications of our customers. You have the flexibility to set up your individual oligo specifications with the choice of three different purification grades of DNA Oligos.

  • DNA Primer Desalted
  • DNA Reverse Phase Column (standard purity grade; most popular)
  • DNA Reverse Phase HPLC

and four different synthesis scales:

  • 0,01 µmol (small scale)
  • 0,04 µmol (standard synthesis scale; most popular)
  • 0,2 µmol (medium scale)
  • 1,0 µmol (large scale)

DNA Primer Desalted

  • Deprotected & desalted
  • Recommended for methods like PCR, sequencing and hybridisation
  • Delivery form: i) Solid, ii) In 200 µL water or iii) Standard concentration in 20, 50 or 100 µM (you add 100µL water/buffer). Our standard delivery form is solid
  • No modification allowed
  • Certificate of Analysis (CoA) follows
  • Batchwise MassSpec analyses
  • DNA oligos are to be kept frozen at -18 C
  • Average in-house turnover time: 1 working day

We offer two types of mixed/degenerate bases: Machine-mixed (for standard wobbles) and Hand-mixed (for custom wobbles). Below, please find the IUPAC codes when composing your mixed/degenerate DNA oligos.
